Rewards Program

The Immortals Inc. rewards program is back and better than ever. For every $10 you spend you will receive 1 star (Spend $40 and receive 4 stars). Collect 20 Stars and receive a $20 coupon to use in the store with the following exceptions.

  • Can only use 1 reward at a time.
  • Rewards can not be redeemed with STORE CREDIT or on Tournament Entries.
  • Rewards can not be redeemed on Pre Order Items.
  • Rewards can not be redeemed on discounted Booster Boxes.
  • No Rewards on consignment items.
  • Management maintains the right to change this policy at any time.

Immortals Inc. DM Program

Are you an experienced Dungeon Master who enjoys creating game worlds for players?  Have you always thought about running a game?  Looking for a way to be rewarded for all your efforts?

Immortals Inc. is introducing a brand new DM PROGRAM, where running games can earn you rewards.  When most people think of D&D they immediately think of character builds, cool weapons and backstories for their character.  Rarely do they consider all the work that goes into making the experience.  We have decided to reward those gamers who are the campaign builders.   Starting in November, the DM PROGRAM will be open to all players who wish to DM in our store. This will not only be limited to Dungeons and Dragons but will include all RPG’s played in our store.

Each Dungeon Master in our program will receive the following benefits:

  • 2 soda pops and a candy bar each session
  • A 15% discount on one item for each session of play.  Limited to one item per session.
  • Earn 1 star (reward program) for each session.

In order to qualify your group must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 4 players (DM included).
  • Play weekly or bi-weekly.
  • You must DM at the store a minimum of 3 times prior to receiving the benefits of the DM program.  Please see Josh or Carlos to see if you already qualify for this program.

    Store Credit

    These are the new changes to our STORE CREDIT POLICY.  This policy can and will change based on price fluctuations.

    • STORE CREDIT is now issued in the form of gift cards. We no longer track/manage credit in store.
    • If your GIFT CARD is lost/stolen, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE.
    • If you are awarded STORE CREDIT and don’t have your GIFT CARD on you, you must either use the credit that day or purchase a new GIFT CARD for $2.00.
    • No STORE CREDIT to be used for Tournament Entries.
    • Any STORE CREDIT used on sealed product is at MSRP + tax.
    • No STORE CREDIT on consignment items.
    • No STORE CREDIT can used on Store Specials (Pre–ordered Items, CCG Booster Pack Specials, Discounted Items, Discount Mondays)
    • Management maintains the right to change this policy at any time.

    Return/Refund Policy

    In order to qualify for a return/refund, you have 7 days to return an item purchased from the date you received it. To be eligable for a return/refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. Please bring the credit card used during the transaction with you. You must show a receipt or proof of purchase.

    If a product is missing pieces, please contact the publisher. Many times they will send out replacements quicker than we can do anything.
